At Intervention Project Management we take H.S & E very seriously. During all phases of our services H.S & E is of utmost importance to us. We strongly believe that the best way to improve H.S & E performance is to adopt good planning practices and to try and eliminate last minutes changes which greatly reduces confusion at the worksite and not only help H.S & E performance but also has a positive impact on operational efficiency.
IPM Experience
Completions
We have experienced engineers that have been involved in the completion design phase as well as overseeing the installation of the completions. These range from monobore water injection completions using L-80 tubing through to water injection completions using GRE lined tubing and 25% Cr completion components. They also have experience in natural lift production completion as well as gas lift and ESP completions.
Hydraulic Workover
We have experience planning and executing a variety of different types of operations using a Hydraulic Workover Unit. These operations vary from straight forward top hole workovers on plugged well's to full workovers including milling and recovery of production packers on live wells using brine for well control as well as snubbing jobs on live wells to carryout sand clean outs etc.
Coiled Tubing
We have experience in several different types of coiled tubing applications on a variety of different types of installations.
We have experience in planning and executing remedial cement jobs, scale and sand cleanout’s, bridge plug and nipple milling, deployment of guns strings and water shut off operations using a variety of different methods. We also have experience in deploying long straddle arrangements (up to +/- 3,500 ft) for shut off purposes and velocity / insert strings and Coiled Tubing deployed ESP's.
Electric Line
We have experience in all types of E-Line operations, ranging from logging , perforating and Stimulation operations using different types of propellant technology both in shallow wells and also high angle long reach wells. Over the years we have gained a large amount of experience when it comes to planning and executing Electric line interventions in highly deviated wells which involved the use of different types of Wireline tractors for all types of applications including logging and multiple runs of perforating.
Slickline
We have experience in all types of slickline and braided cable fishing operations. We have gained a lot of experience working in long reach highly deviated wells and high pressure high temperature wells.
Chemical Treatments
We have experience in various different types of chemical treatments ranging from bull-headed acid treatments of tubulars and bull-headed scale squeeze treatments through to intricate coil tubing deployed treatments of chemicals across sand screens for the removal of fines to improve the productivity of the wells.
